What do you plan to sell or exhibit at the event?

 

1.      Vendor Applications should be submitted to Gray Mockingbird Inc  (GrayMockingbird@gmail.com) or mailed to Gray Mockingbird Inc, 2000 North D Street, Lake Worth FL 33460 

2.      Set up time is from 7 AM to 9:45 AM. 

3.      Vendors must keep their spaces clean and remove all trash before leaving.  

All exhibitors and vendors should be set up by 9:45 AM, and stay until 6 PM.  

4.      Vendors are asked to park on the far end of the parking lot to allow for our customers to park closely. 

 

The undersigned releases The City of Lake Worth, Gray Mockingbird Community Garden and the Kiwanis Club of Lake Worth and its members and workers from any responsibility and liability whatsoever for damage, loss theft or injury to any person, display or property. I/We agree to abide by the above rules.

DIRECTIONS TO VENUE: The Gray Mockingbird Community Garden/Scottish Rite Masonic Center is located at 2000 North D Street, Lake Worth FL 33460. From i-95 exit from either north or south at the Lake Worth exit 10th Ave North. Go east on 10th Ave till you get to the second traffic light which is North D Street. Take a left, going North. You’ll see the water tower in the distance. It’s at the end of the road where the event is. Take a right after the water tower and enter the gate on the right. There’s plenty of parking and we ask that you save the closer spots for our visiting customers.  

All profits from booth sales benefit local children’s programs through Lake Worth Kiwanis and Gray Mockingbird Community Garden.
